Project DaVinci is inviting YOU to partner with the team. Here's how you can join...


As a SCHOOL

  1. Register with the Website: You will need to complete the registration with Project DaVinci's website as an "Educational Institution". This will ensure that we have a record of your participation so you don't miss out on any of the fun!
  2. Order the Receiver Kit: Do you want to connect with our satellite as it travels overhead? All you need to do it order a simple Radio Receiver Dongle. This is a simple dongle that plugs directly into your computer for ease of use. You may need a separate antannae based on your location, and we will contact you direclty if this is necessary to receive a signal.
  3. Download and Complete Curriculum: As a team, Project DaVinci has designed a specific curriculum that can be used for a range of age levels. These are hands on activities that will help you inspire students to be the next generation of inventors and explorers. Check out an example HERE where students can make comets!
  4. Enter the Space Propulsion Challenge: Do you have an idea for a new way to power through space? Enter our Space Propulsion Contest for a chance to be selected to work with NASA!

As a BUSINESS

  1. Register with the Website: You will need to register with Project DaVinci's website as a "Business". This will notify the team that you are interested and will allow the team to send you more information.
  2. Donate to Project DaVinci: Because of the project's non-profit status, Idaho resdients can receive a substantial tax credit if they choose to donate to Project DaVinci. To receive this tax credit, donate HERE. If you'd like to receive prizes and support Project DaVinci's Kickstarter campaign, donate HERE
  3. Share Project DaVinci: Once you have donated, you can share Project DaVinci with everyone you know. This will encourage others in your ocmmunity to support a satellite for all!
  4. Optional: Your Name Engraved on the Satellite: If you'd like to have your company's name engraved on the actual satellite before its launch into orbit, please contact us by emailing projectdavinci@northidahostem.org with the subject line "Name Engraving"

Let's get the whole world involved!

  1. Register with the Website: You will need to register with Project DaVinci's website as an "Individual". This will allow the team to contact you and include you in any major project updates. 

  2. Follow Project DaVinci on Social Media: Conect with the team on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to get all of the latest updates from the team. 

  3. Utilize the Virtual Cockpit: Using the Project DaVinci website, you will be able to track the satellite and use real-time imaging technology to simulate your orbit arounf Earth. Every time you access the simulator, you will feel as though you are in orbit, piloting the Project DaVinci satellite. (Coming 2019)
